Stmpdr Daily – July 16 (the Finale)

It’s been an amazing 10 days, Calgary. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. What began with a little party that dished out big funds for our local Children’s Hospital, turned into a most magnificent Stampede Week we can all be proud of. So what to do on this last day? We’ve got you covered.

Final Stampede Breakfast – 9am

Visit the beautiful community of Crescent Heights for a Stampede Breakfast and bid adieu to the Stampede for another year, featuring live music, pony rides and more.

Lunch at Prohibition – 12pm

Treat your long lost family (you haven’t seen them for the last 10 days) to a fantastic lunch at our friends – Prohibition – where the cities best meatballs are hand crafted by the amazing Dom (tell ’em you know us)!

Calgary Stampede Rodeo – 1:15pm

Take in the finals of the highest winnings rodeo in the world (if you can grab tickets). Here’s a quick tip – grab a pair of rush seats for nearly half the price and still take in all the action of this thrilling spectacle complete with ring-side commentary sure to make you appreciate this amazing sport.

Dinner  at The Bow Valley Ranche

Dine in steep Southern Alberta History at The Ranche restaurant, located in the idyllic Fish Creek Provincial Park. Take a moment to stroll the grounds and take in a view of the valley.  You won’t believe it exists within the city limits.

Drinks – The Guild

Pretend for a moment you are in the thick of a New York, City at The Guild restaurant located in the historic Bay Building. Complete with brick walls, bow-tied bartenders and a cocktail list to suit.

After Party at Cowboys for Big Sean and Fetty Wap – 9pm

Put the icing on the cake with what’s anticipated to be one of the biggest shows of Stampede.
